Percy is a robotic Mister Handy employed as a vendor at Diamond City's Diamond City Surplus in 2287. Percy sells a variety of equipment such as weapons, apparel, aid, miscellaneous, junk and ammo.

Background

Percy was salvaged by Myrna and programmed as the night-shift salesperson at Diamond City Surplus. She wanted to keep the store open 24/7, therefore she brought in Percy to watch over the store at night so that she could sleep sound, safe from any synth sent to replace her.

Interactions with the player character

Notes

• Percy can be hacked using the Robotics Expert perk and be issued all of the commands available with Rank 3 in the perk. Be warned that if he is incited to attack, nearby security guards will kill him since he is not flagged as essential.
• During the day, when Myrna is outside running the shop, Percy goes inside her home. If followed, he can still be interacted with as a vendor.
