La Ferme commerciale est un lieu de la région de la Forêt des Appalaches, en 2103.

Présentation

A small farm to the northwest of Vault 76, the location is notable for the crop duster parked out front, and a large anchor that gave the farm its name. In 2103, a family led by Daniel took up residence in the farm. Not long after their arrival, they were extorted by Roper, the leader of the Free Radicals. Although one resident, Maggie, vehemently opposed making any sort of deal with them, Daniel secretly killed her so that they could work out an agreement with the gang and not be wiped out.^[1]

Agencement

This farmhouse, opened with Wastelanders, is a simple two-story home with two bedrooms. There is an old IFV on the road and plenty of harvest nodes for glowing fungus, soot flower and tato plants scattered around the place.

The "Anchor" in Anchor farm refers to a large statue of an anchor outside of the house. On the other end of the farm is a damaged blue and yellow biplane. Some other minor loot can be found here, including a cooler sitting by a tree.
