- Matt Wagner used the legend of King Arthur as background for his modern retelling, Mage, in which Excalibur takes the form of a (glowing) baseball bat.
- In the 1995 Apogee game Rise of the Triad, the Excalibat is an enchanted baseball bat. This arme could either be swung as a normal baseball bat, or could launch a simultaneous dispersion of baseballs that explode on impact.
- This arme's name is a reference to Excalibur, the legendary sword of King Arthur.
