Vampire's Edge is a unique Chinese officer's sword trouvé in Fallout 3.

Caractéristiques

The Vampire's Edge does slightly more dégâts than the regular version; it also weighs only 1 pound compared to the 3 pounds of the Chinese officer's sword. en raison de the very low poids, fast attack speed, high chance de coup critique, and good durabilité, the Vampire's Edge is among the best armes de corps à corps in le jeu, Malgré its lower base dégâts valeur compared to other unique armes de corps à corps.

• Hachoir de Clover - A Chinese officer's sword that was cut from the base game. It was intended to be used by Clover and was to be the Evil follower's unique arme, much like Super Masse de Fawkes and Cure-dent de Butch were for the other Karma levels.
• Katana - A variant of the samurai's sword that deals much less dégâts critiques, but knocks foes down with coups critiques.

Emplacement

The Vampire's Edge belongs to Vance, and peut être trouvé in a 'sword cabinet' (labeled as such in-game) in his room at Meresti Metro station, an important location during the Blood Ties quest. Apart from its unique label, the sword cabinet's appearance is that of a normal wooden cabinet.

The cabinet is a 'Hard' level lock to unlock via lockpicking. Vance porte the key to the cabinet and may be pickpocketed, but he is a difficult cible to pickpocket unnoticed, even with a Stealth Boy active. The key can, of course, also be récupéré from his cadavre.

Notes

• The sword se trouve with a condition of approximativement 50%. It peut être réparé using ordinary Chinese officer's swords and is also much more résistant than the normal Sabre d'officier chinois.
• Dogmeat will not retrieve the arme from the sword cabinet like he will with the Victory rifle.
