The shock baton is a arme de corps à corps of alien origin in the Fallout 3 add-on Mothership Zeta.
Caractéristiques
The shock baton is a short, fast swinging, blunt arme with a shock dégâts bonus. A Critical Hit will turn defeated ennemis into an ash pile.
Durabilité
The shock baton peut frapper environ 250 fois depuis une condition maximale avant de se casser.
Variantes
- Électro-suppresseur - a unique variant that deals more base dégâts than the shock baton. This variant lacks the shock dégâts, but coups critiques will knock cibles down.
- Two additional, identique versions of the arme are present in the add-on's code. Examined in the G.E.C.K. they differ only by their IDs, DLC05WeapBatonB and DLC05WeapBatonC. They are otherwise identique to normal shock batons and are even affected by the Xenotech Expert aptitude, but cannot be used to réparation shock batons or their variants. Though not placed anywhere in the add-on, these armes have been known to show up on occasion for reasons unknown.
Emplacements
The shock baton est porté par many aliens on board Mothership Zeta, and can also be trouvé on alien shelves or in alien containers. They are used by the first two aliens encountered in the holding cells, making it the first alien arme that the Vagabond solitaire may pick up. This arme is also used by the alien prison guards to torture the captives into making the recordings, heard as the "zaps" in the tapes.
