== Notes ==
* All ammunition has the same damage, i.e. a [[Teddy bear (Fallout 3)|teddy bear]] will do the same damage per strike as a [[Deathclaw hand (Fallout 3)|deathclaw hand]] or an [[Iron (Fallout 3)|iron]].
* Non-player characters and companions cannot use the Rock-It Launcher, as it is marked as "Player Only."
* One can shoot some objects that are considerably larger than the diameter of the [[Firehose nozzle (Fallout 3)|firehose nozzle]] "barrel" should allow - including other firehose nozzles, [[Motorcycle gas tank (Fallout 3)|motorcycle gas tanks]], and [[Basketball (Fallout 3)|basketballs]].
* Projectiles of all kinds tend to sink into irregular static meshes of rubble or natural rock and gravel, making them difficult to detect or nearly impossible to activate to pick back up.
* A broken Rock-It Launcher can still accept ammunition being loaded into it. The ammunition will remain in the weapon and count against carry weight. Dropping the launcher and picking it back up will unload it of all the objects.
* [[Plunger (Fallout 3)|Plungers]] and sharp objects like knives will not stick into walls or enemies.
* The vacuum can be heard turning on and off as the gun is holstered and unholstered.
* [[Pencil (Fallout 3)|Pencils]], which are weightless, cannot be used as ammunition.
* The blower has the intake slot for the ammunition, which can be clearly seen in first person view.
* The weapon is likely the first craftable weapon one can obtain after leaving [[Abri 101]] as the schematics for making it are acquired by interacting with [[Moira Brown]] in [[Megaton]].
* The Rock-It Launcher, as a weapon concept, is similar to the [[Junk Jet (Fallout 4)|Junk Jet]] from ''[[Fallout 4]]''. However, due to the significant increase in the utility of junk items as a result of introducing the [[Fallout 4 settlements|settlement system]] in that game, collecting junk in ''Fallout 4'' becomes a matter of figuring out which items are worth using as ammunition for the Junk Jet over storing them in the [[Workshop (Fallout 4)|workshop]] for use with building and crafting, compared to most junk items being solely useful as ammunition for the Rock-It Launcher in ''Fallout 3''.
