* Concept art shows the Shishkebab was originally envisioned with a hose connecting the fuel tank to the blade, similar to other weapons featuring backpacks like the [[Minigun (Fallout 3)|minigun]] and [[Lance-flammes (Fallout 3)|flamer]].
